4) Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will begin working on your own personal Social Media platform. (Per Bid)

5) We are available to train and consult individuals or a complete staff on Social Media networking and marketing. (Per Bid)

The other factor you must consider is your website and making sure it is built with the best backcode, it is a clean site, and has the proper tags, titles, etc. to make it both search engine and user friendly.
